Orders and prices

Orders placed by email become binding when we send an invoice and you pay it. Prices are those on the invoice. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch.

Payment

Invoices are payable by bank transfer within seven days. Goods remain our property until paid in full.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. We extend this to 30 days from delivery for every customer. Items must be complete, in their original packaging and in as-new condition, with fewer than 500 shutter actuations on a camera. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

Warranty

Our commercial warranty is described on warranty and repairs. It is in addition to your statutory rights.
